“Life should be lived, not endured”
I found my way to meditation through suffering, as many people do. It wasn’t until I started a mindfulness meditation practice, which is a deep, rather than band-aid fix, that I experientially started to feel better from the grip of anxiety, stress and depression which had caused significant emotional and physical pain.
Life should be lived, not endured, and the benefits and rewards I have experienced over time have been profound. I draw on a multitude of experiences, including a 30-year corporate career. As a certified mindfulness coach, it gives me great pleasure to be able to help others navigate their way to a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
As an avid outdoorsman and music lover, I have also found that a mindfulness practice directly and positively impacts my level of enjoyment and performance regarding my hobbies, activities and interests. With Mindfulness, any experience can become an opportunity for meditation and growth.
We all possess the power to return from life’s challenges. Sometimes we just need some help from someone who has already been down the road and knows a way out.
